Privacy Policy

Last updated 2 July 2026
In short: Letter To God has no accounts and no login. Your prayers, journal, and preferences are stored only on your device. We run no servers that hold your content, no analytics, no advertising, and no tracking. We collect no personal data about you.

1. Data We Collect

None. The app does not require you to create an account, sign in, or provide any personal information. We do not collect your name, email, contacts, location, or device identifiers.

2. Where Your Data Lives

Everything you create — prayers, drafts, journal entries, favourites, reading progress, reminders, and settings — is saved locally on your device using standard on-device storage. It is never transmitted to us and we have no way to read it.

3. Network Use

The Berean Standard Bible is bundled in the app and works fully offline. The app only reaches the internet if you choose to look up a different translation, in which case it requests public-domain Bible text from third-party providers (bible.helloao.org, bible-api.com). Those requests contain no personal information and never include your prayer content.

4. Sharing

Prayer and verse cards are generated on your device. When you share one, it goes only to the app or person you choose. Your prayer content never passes through our servers.

5. Analytics & Advertising

We use no third-party analytics or tracking (no Google Analytics, Firebase, Amplitude, or PostHog) and show no advertising.

6. Children’s Privacy

The app is suitable for all ages and collects no personal data from anyone, including children.

7. Your Rights

Because we hold no personal data about you, there is nothing for us to access, export, or delete on our side. You control all data on your device; deleting the app removes it.

8. Changes

If this policy changes, we will update this page and revise the date above.
